Deep-dive into individual user analytics and coaching opportunities

Get detailed analytics for any team member to understand their usage patterns and identify coaching opportunities.

Accessing Member Insights

There are three ways to view a team member's detailed insights:

  1. From Team Page - Click on the team member's name (highlighted in orange)

  2. From Activity Leaderboard - Click on the team member's name (highlighted in orange)

  3. From Inactive Alerts - Click on the user's name (highlighted in orange)

All names throughout the platform are styled as clickable links in orange with an underline.

Quick Stats Section

At the top of the page, you'll see key metrics:

All-time conversations started

Total Messages

All-time messages sent

Satisfaction Rate

Percentage of positive feedback given

Days Active

Number of days they've used the platform

Onboarding Status

Whether they completed initial setup

Trend Indicators

Each stat shows a comparison to the previous period:

  • ↑ Green - Metric improved

  • ↓ Red - Metric declined

  • - - No change or not enough data

Activity Timeline

The timeline chart shows daily activity over the past 30 days:

  • Blue Area - Messages sent per day

  • Line - Satisfaction rate trend

What to Look For

  • Consistent daily usage vs. sporadic spikes

  • Declining trends that might indicate disengagement

  • Days with zero activity

Agent Usage

This section shows which AI coaches the team member uses:

Used Agents (Bar Chart)

  • Visual breakdown of message distribution

  • Color-coded by agent

  • Shows percentage of total usage

Agents to Explore

  • Badges showing agents they haven't tried yet

  • Opportunity for training or recommendations

What to Look For

  • Single agent usage - May benefit from exploring others

  • Balanced usage - Good understanding of all coaches

  • Specific focus - Could be appropriate for their role

Indicator Colors

  • 🟑 Yellow (Warning) - Attention needed

  • πŸ”΄ Red (Danger) - Urgent action required

  • 🟒 Green (Success) - No coaching opportunities (great!)

Privacy & Access

Important: You can only view insights for team members in your own organization. You cannot see:

  • Users from other companies

  • Super Admin activity

  • Detailed message content

Taking Action

Based on insights, you might:

  1. Schedule 1:1 - Discuss challenges with underutilizing users

  2. Share tips - Send specific agent recommendations

  3. Celebrate wins - Recognize power users

  4. Adjust training - Focus on underused features

  5. Send nudge - Re-engage inactive users
