This Week - Activity from the current week
This Month - Activity from the current month
Ranking Criteria
Team members are ranked by a combination of:
Metric | Description |
Messages Sent | Total messages to AI coaches |
Chats Started | Number of new conversations |
Satisfaction Rate | Percentage of thumbs-up feedback |
Reading the Leaderboard
Each entry shows:
Rank - Position (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.)
Avatar & Name - Team member identity
Messages - Total messages sent
Chats - Conversations started
Satisfaction - Feedback score (if available)
Viewing Individual Insights
Click on any team member's name (highlighted in orange) to view their detailed insights page, including:
Activity timeline
Agent usage breakdown
Coaching opportunity indicators
Using the Leaderboard Effectively
