Where to Find It

The Leaderboard is on the Admin Dashboard, in the Team Insights section below the Adoption Health card.

Time Period Selection

Toggle between views:

  • This Week - Activity from the current week

  • This Month - Activity from the current month

Ranking Criteria

Team members are ranked by a combination of:

Metric

Description

Messages Sent

Total messages to AI coaches

Chats Started

Number of new conversations

Satisfaction Rate

Percentage of thumbs-up feedback

Reading the Leaderboard

Each entry shows:

  • Rank - Position (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.)

  • Avatar & Name - Team member identity

  • Messages - Total messages sent

  • Chats - Conversations started

  • Satisfaction - Feedback score (if available)

Viewing Individual Insights

Click on any team member's name (highlighted in orange) to view their detailed insights page, including:

  • Activity timeline

  • Agent usage breakdown

  • Coaching opportunity indicators

Using the Leaderboard Effectively

For Recognition

  • Celebrate top performers in team meetings

  • Share what makes their sessions effective

  • Create healthy competition

For Coaching

  • Compare activity patterns between top and lower performers

  • Identify team members who might need support

  • Use insights to personalize coaching conversations

For Trends

  • Watch for consistent top performers vs. one-time spikes

  • Note if the same users are always at the bottom

  • Track improvement over time
