Accessing Analytics

Go to Dashboard → Analytics in the sidebar.

Available Metrics

Usage Overview

  • Total Chats - Conversations created

  • Messages Sent - Individual interactions

  • Active Users - Users who logged in

  • Sessions - Total coaching sessions

Engagement

  • Average Session Length - Time spent per session

  • Questions per Session - Depth of conversations

  • Return Rate - Users who come back

Agent Usage

  • Which coaching agents are most popular

  • Distribution of usage across agents

  • Trends over time

Playbook Usage

  • Which playbooks are cited most

  • Coverage of your content

  • Gaps in playbook library

Filtering

Filter analytics by:

  • Date Range - Last 7 days, 30 days, custom

  • Team Member - Individual user activity

  • Agent - Specific coach usage

Exporting

Click "Export" to download analytics as CSV for:

  • Reporting to leadership

  • Deeper analysis

  • Tracking over time

What to Look For

Healthy Signs

  • ✅ Consistent daily/weekly usage

  • ✅ Multiple sessions per user

  • ✅ Variety of agents used

  • ✅ Playbook citations in responses

Warning Signs

  • ⚠️ Declining usage over time

  • ⚠️ Users not returning after onboarding

  • ⚠️ Only one agent used (may need training)

  • ⚠️ Low playbook engagement

Taking Action

Based on analytics:

  1. Low adoption? - Schedule training sessions

  2. Agent imbalance? - Highlight other agents

  3. Missing playbooks? - Add content for gaps

  4. Power users? - Get feedback for improvements
