Where to Find It
The Adoption Health card is displayed on the Admin Dashboard, visible immediately when you click Dashboard in the sidebar.
The Adoption Score
Your team's adoption is measured on a 0-100 scale based on:
Factor | Description |
Login Frequency | How many team members logged in this week |
Message Volume | Average messages sent per active user |
Score Interpretation
Score Range | Status | What It Means |
71-100 | Healthy | Your team is actively using Coach Pilot |
41-70 | Moderate | Some adoption, but room for improvement |
0-40 | Low | Team needs encouragement to engage |
Understanding the Metrics
The card displays three key numbers:
Logged In This Week - Team members who signed in at least once
Messaged This Week - Team members who sent at least one message
Avg Messages/User - Average messages per active user
Drill-Down to See Who
The "Logged In" and "Messaged" stats are clickable for deeper insights:
Clicking "Logged In This Week"
Opens a dialog showing team members who logged in:
User avatar and name
Messages sent this week
Last active timestamp
Click any name to open their detail page
Clicking "Messaged This Week"
Opens a dialog showing team members who sent messages:
User avatar and name
Message count for the week
Last active timestamp
Click any name for detailed insights
Trend Indicator
The card shows a trend arrow:
↑ Green Arrow - Adoption is improving compared to last period
↓ Red Arrow - Adoption has declined
→ Gray Arrow - Adoption is stable
Taking Action on Low Adoption
If your score is below 70, consider:
Schedule a training session - Walk through key features
Share success stories - Highlight wins from power users
Identify blockers - Ask inactive users what's holding them back
Send nudge emails - Use the Inactive Users feature (see below)
Lead by example - Use Coach Pilot yourself and share insights
