Creating Invitations

Step 1: Open Invitations

Go to Dashboard β†’ Team and click "Invite Team Member"

Or go to Dashboard β†’ Invitations

Step 2: Enter Details

  • Email Address - Recipient's work email

  • Role - Team Member or Admin

Step 3: Send

Click "Send Invitation"

What Happens Next

  1. Email Sent - Recipient gets an invitation email

  2. Link Clicked - They click the link to accept

  3. Account Created - They set up their password

  4. Onboarding - They complete a brief onboarding flow

  5. Ready - They can start using Coach Pilot

Managing Invitations

View all invitations on the Invitations page:

Status

Meaning

Pending

Sent but not accepted

Accepted

User has joined

Expired

Link expired (7 days)

Actions

Resend

Click "Resend" on a pending invitation to send another email.

Cancel

Click "Cancel" to revoke an invitation before it's accepted.

Extend

For expired invitations, cancel and create a new one.

Troubleshooting

"Invitation not received"

  • Check spam/junk folders

  • Verify the email address is correct

  • Resend the invitation

  • Check company email filters

"Link expired"

  • Invitations expire after 7 days

  • Cancel the old invitation

  • Create a new one

"Already has account"

  • The email is already registered

  • They should log in directly

  • Or check if they're in another organization
