How to Share
Open the chat you want to share
Click the Share button in the top right
Configure your sharing settings
Copy and distribute the link
Sharing Options
π Public Link
Anyone with the link can view the conversation. Best for:
Sharing with external coaches or mentors
Posting examples in team channels
Broad distribution
π’ Domain Access
Only people with email addresses from your company domain can view. Best for:
Internal team sharing
Company-wide examples
Training materials
Note: For domain sharing to work, a Company Admin must first set up your company's Primary Domain in Settings β Company Settings. This ensures only users with matching email domains can access restricted conversations.
π€ Specific People
Invite specific users by email. They must have a Coach Pilot account. Best for:
Private feedback
Manager reviews
Small team collaboration
Managing Shares
From the share dialog, you can:
Copy link - Get the shareable URL
View who has access - See invited users
Revoke access - Stop sharing at any time
Update settings - Change between share modes
Shared Chat Indicator
Chats you've shared appear in your sidebar with a share icon and blue accent. Filter to "Shared" to see only these.
Viewer Experience
When someone views your shared chat:
They see the full conversation history
They cannot add new messages
They can copy content for their own use
They see it's a shared read-only view
