Switching Between Modes

On the home dashboard, you'll find a toggle switch:

  • Skills - Task-execution mode with structured outputs

  • Coaching - Open-ended conversational coaching

Click the toggle to switch between experiences. Each mode offers a different layout optimized for its purpose.

The 6 Skill Categories

Skills are organized into six color-coded categories:

When to Use Skills Mode

Choose Skills Mode when you:

  • Need to export as PDF, Word, or Excel

  • Want faster execution (8-15 seconds)

  • Have a clear task in mind

Choose Coaching Mode when you:

  • Want open-ended guidance

  • Need to explore ideas and strategies

  • Want a conversational coaching experience

  • Don't need a specific document output

How Skills Differ from Coaching

Skills are task-oriented. You select a specific skill, answer a few questions, and receive a ready-to-use deliverable. The AI follows a structured template to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.

Coaching is conversation-oriented. You chat freely with an AI agent, exploring topics and receiving guidance. The interaction is more fluid and exploratory.

Both modes leverage your company playbooks and personal memory for personalized results.
