Accessing Settings
Click "Settings" at the bottom of the sidebar.
Profile Settings
Display Name
Your name shown in the app and shared conversations.
Click the name field
Enter your preferred name
Click Save
Avatar
Upload a profile picture:
Click on the avatar area
Choose an image file
Crop if needed
Save changes
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF (max 5MB)
Your email is used for login and cannot be changed directly. Contact your admin if you need to update it.

Light - Bright interface
Dark - Easy on the eyes
System - Match your device settings

Configure what notifications you receive:
In-app announcements
Email invitations
System updates
Saving Changes
Most changes save automatically. Look for the save confirmation message.
