Accessing the Memory Panel
Click the Memory button (with the 🧠 Brain icon) in the chat header area to open the Memory Panel.
Memory List
You'll see all your saved memories with:
Title - Quick reference name
Category Badge - Type of knowledge
Preview - First few lines of content
Date - When it was saved
Actions
Edit
Click any memory to open the editor:
Update the content
Change the category
Modify the title
Save changes
Delete
Click the trash icon to remove a memory. This cannot be undone.
Search
Use the search bar to find specific memories by keyword.
Filter
Filter by category to focus on specific types of knowledge.
Active vs. Inactive
Toggle memories on/off without deleting:
Active memories are used for personalization
Inactive memories are saved but not used
Useful for seasonal or temporary context
Maintenance Tips
Review quarterly - Remove outdated advice
Consolidate - Merge related memories
Be specific - Vague memories are less useful
Quality over quantity - A few great memories beat many mediocre ones
