What is Personal Context?

Personal Context (or "About Me") is always included in your coaching sessions, unlike Saved Knowledge which is matched by relevance. This information helps the AI understand who you are and tailor every response accordingly.

Setting Up

  1. Click the Memory button (Brain icon) in the chat header

  2. Select the About Me tab (the second tab)

  3. Click + Add Context to create a new entry

  4. Enter information about yourself

  5. Save changes

The info icon next to the tab explains that this context is always included in your sessions.

What to Include

Role Information

  • Your job title and responsibilities

  • Team you're part of

  • Quota and targets

Experience Level

  • Years in sales

  • Industries you've worked in

  • Deal sizes you typically handle

Current Focus

  • This quarter's priorities

  • Skills you're developing

  • Challenges you're facing

Preferences

  • Coaching style you prefer

  • How direct feedback should be

  • Examples of past successful approaches

Example About Me

I'm a Senior AE at a B2B SaaS company selling to mid-market companies (500-2000 employees).  My quota is $1.2M annually. I've been in sales for 6 years, 2 at this company.  Current focus: - Improving discovery calls - Multi-threading into accounts - Enterprise expansion deals  I prefer direct, actionable coaching with specific examples. Don't sugarcoat feedback.  My best skill is relationship building. I need help with technical deep-dives.

How It's Used

Every coaching session:

  1. Your About Me is included in the context

  2. The AI tailors advice to your level and situation

  3. Recommendations match your focus areas

Updating

Review and update your About Me:

  • Start of each quarter

  • When your role changes

  • When priorities shift

  • After major accomplishments
